Composite materials are usually complicated to test due to their heterogeneous structure characterised by layers of different densities and wave speeds. Our composite testing probes are designed specifically to provide a mean to test composite materials. The special design utilise special crystals that allow high penetration power and high signal to noise ratio (SNR) when testing coarse grained, fibre reinforced materials.
